HOW TO PLAY

Every clue points toward the same hidden word. Your job is to work out the word shared by all of them.

On Easy and Normal days, the hidden word appears directly inside familiar compound words or phrases.

On Hard days, the completed expressions are concealed. Instead, you receive definitions and must work backward to discover the word they share.

If you need help, use Hint. Additional clues are revealed first, followed by information about the hidden word itself.

Every submitted guess counts as one attempt. Hints do not count as attempts, but your result records how many you used.

Everyone receives the same Daily Word challenge. A new puzzle appears automatically each day, and your result and streak are stored on this device. No account is required.
